£100.00 for each general complaint matter 


£100.00 to turn up for hearings to be a McKenzie Friend/Advocate and/or Interpreter in some legal complaints (the £100.00 above will also need to be paid as work would obviously need to be done before the hearing)


Add ons:


£100.00 as a short notice fee and/or £100.00 if complaint is in a new area/area of law


Letters:


£20.00 per Extension request/demand letter to the court


£10.00 Data Subject Access Request letter


Expenses:


£20.00 per meeting of a reasonable time


MCOL is dependant upon the amount of the small claim to be submitted.  And Parking tickets are dependant on the scenario and the amount to be paid. Those cases which are assessed as so-called ‘dead claims’ attract a 50% fee figure of what the value of the compensation received is yet not necessarily from it.  If there is no outcome from this case then there is no fee.  It is solely upon the discretion of the CEO when deciding if a case is a ‘dead claim’ so-to-speak. 

 

Full fees to be paid before work begins after initial interview meeting. All prices are fixed and non negotiable and non refundable except in unforeseen circumstances.  All prices cover telephone calls however the posting of letters is entirely your responsibility.  We are not a company that is registered for VAT.
